(Boise) – Attorney General Lawrence Wasden has announced investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested two Twin Falls County men this week for alleged sexual exploitation of a child.

20-year-old Morgan S. Sturgeon, of Twin Falls, was arrested on February 23. ICAC investigators arrested 73-year-old James D. Morris, of Twin Falls, on February 24. Both men were booked into the Twin Falls County Jail and both are alleged to have possessed sexually exploitative material.

The Twin Falls Police Department, Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, Rupert Police Department and the Twin Falls County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office assisted the ICAC Unit.

The Attorney General’s ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
